Are you looking for a fun activity which would include friends and family ? Then, this is the one for you. During the class, Adults and Children will work together to create a Medley of Chocolates by using various methods i.e. Piping, Dipping, etc. Originality is encouraged throughout the course.
Please note: there is a maximum of 6 persons per class, for example, 1 adult and 5 children or 3 adults and 3 children
Course Menu
Create a variety of Milk Chocolate Items
-A Lollipop with choice of decoration
-Small Chocolate Discs
-Dipped Dried Fruits (Apricot, Orange etc)
-Dipped Biscuits
-Chocolate items with Nuts
Techniques used:
-Tempering
-Piping
-Dipping
-Decorating
